Internet Explorer keeps hiển thị fanpop like this with Japanese.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that the default language of your internet explorer is the one that bạn are seeing. And because now fanpop is available in multiple languages maybe your I.E. select the one of your IP address.

bạn should only select the language bạn want to use on fanpop selecting it from the danh sách at the bottom of the page, that should resolve your problem :)

Down at the site of fanpop bạn can find the languages and then change back to the language bạn want to. (BTW bạn got it in Arabic language, not Japanese :)
