Luna walked out her front door and down the steps. She was out to go fish for some Freshwater Plimpies for dinner.

She strolled past the Mistletoe and Dirigible Plums with her net, happily humming a song by her favorite wizard rock musician, Paul.

She smiled dreamily as she opened the gate.

Invisible, Wolf watched the young girl, strolling to the river.

Luna happily strolled through the growing darkness, unaware that she was being watched.

Suddenly, she walked into something solid, and stumbled backwards. As she hit the ground and cried out, she realized that there was something shimmering into view right in front of her.
She gasped.

Wolf glared at her, pulsating with rage. He would have attacked her but she was innocence. He pondered for a moment on what to do, then jumped into a nearby tree.

Luna gasped in shock as the creature as it materialized.
It was wearing what seemed to be armor of some sort, along with a mask that looked slightly tribal.
The most shocking thing was that the creature seemed to be lacking flesh on it's jaws, which looked more like mandibles.

Glaring, the creature leaped into a nearby tree. Luna followed it with her eyes.

"I'm Luna", she said nervously. "Who are you?"

Wolf tilted his head sideways a bit. She seemed to be trying to communicate with him. He pressed a button attached to armour on his left wrist and turned invisible.

Luna watched, surprised, as the creature dissappeared.

"I'm not going to hurt you", she said, hoping it would come back. Unless it was evil and wanted to eat her. Then it could stay away.

Wolf, using a recording device in his mask, recorded this sentence and repeated a distorted version of it.

Luna watched the creature re-materialize, and press a few buttons on it's mask.

Then it turned back to her. Luna shivered. Then it spoke.

Wolf started to jump away, ignoring the girl, when he saw black smoke flying towards their position. These were no innocence and he had no problem killing them. He extended the blades on his right arm.

Luna watched the creatures movements. Suddenly, she hear a noise.

She gasped and turned.

Clouds of black smoke were zooming towards them.
"Death Eaters!", she gasped.

Then, she saw the creature lifting its arm, which was covered in sharp blades. She closed her eyes......

He got ready when, suddenly, he was hit by a stupefy. He was knocked onto his feet. Qquickly, he leapt up, ever vigilant.

Luna gasped as the creature was hit by a stunning spell, but then got back up.
Her mouth dropped open in shock.
Then she remembered her wand, and all of the DA meetings from the past school year.

"Petrificus Totalus!", she cried, aiming for the black clouds.

He readied his shoulder mounted gun, aiming the red dots at one of the Death Eathers. He fired hoping to blow him to smitherines, but missed and roared with anger.

With a loud WHOOSH! Luna's spell hit the cloud. It materialized into a human figure, and then fell to the ground with a loud THUD.

Then Luna looked up.

The creature was roaring loudly.

"Oh no!", she thought. "What if that's its attack cry?". "What if it wants to kill me too?".

She hurried toward the fallen figure, and snatched up its wand, without bothering to check and see who it was.

Wolf ran over to one of the closest figures, grabbed him, and threw him into a tree, seemingly crippling him.

Luna stood still for a moment. The creature seemed to at least not be allied with the Death Eaters, as it was clearly fighting them, but what if it didn't like humans in general?
"Whatever it was", thought Luna, "It looks carnivorous! What if I look like a tasty snack to it right now?"

Luna was about to turn and run when she heard the noise.......

The Deatheaters, clearly freaked out by the presence of an unknown creature with Luna, moved cautiously around the area, shooting hexes at the creature which dodged them.

Luna slowly tried to back behind a tree. As she moved backwards, she stepped on a twig. It broke with a loud CRACK!
As Luna hurriedly tried to move away, a large hand grabbed her around the throat.

Luna gasped and struggled, clawing at the hand as it tightened.
She managed to catch a glimpse of her attacker in the struggle.
She wheezed in horror as a large Death Eater tightened his hand around her throat.

Wolf scared off most of the Deatheaters fighting him. Only Lucius Malfoy remained. Wolf turned invisible...

Luna choked and coughed, almost unable to breathe.

"Help.....please", she gasped, sure she was about to die.

As her eyes bugged out, she saw that the odd creature had somehow fought off all the other Death Eaters, save one, who looked vaguely familiar.

Suddenly, the creature seemed to dissappear. Luna's hopes of not getting captured or killed crashed to the ground. She was doomed.

"Help...", she choked out, sure that her effort was in vain.

Wolf heard the human choke. He turned around and threw a type of frisbee covered in sharp blades at the person choking her. At this Malfoy siezed his chance and stupefied where Wolf had dissapeared, knocking him onto the ground.

As Luna's vision grew hazy, she saw the creature throw something at her attacker.

Suddenly, Luna was freed. She fell to the ground, gasping, and massaging her neck. She grabbed up her wand and the one she had "borrowed" from a fallen Death Eater.

Suddenly, she saw the last Death Eater standing fire a spell at where the creature had dissappeared.

As Luna watched, the spell seemed to connect, as there was a loud groan and a crated formed in the ground, as though something large had fallen.

As the Death Eater laughed victoriously, Luna spotted her chance. The creature HAD saved her life.

she grabbed the two wands and fired two silent Body-Bind curses at the Death Eater.

In a flash of green light, the Death Eater crumpled to the ground, rigid as a board as Luna's double spell hit him.

Luna raced towards where he had fallen and turned him over.

"Lucius Malfoy!", she gasped in shock.

Then she fainted.

Wolf looked up quickly ready to attack only to find Luna had done it for him. He ran over to the Deatheater and picked him up ready to kill him. But this man showed fear. Wolf knew he wouldn't have the stomach to actually kill him. Thats why he only stunned him. Wolf dropped the man and Lucius ran quickly away from the area. Wolf turned to face Luna.

Luna covered her eyes as the creature seemed to prepare to kill Lucius. While he HAD been one of the attackers, she didn't want anyone to die.....
Luna looked up at the sound of footsteps, and she looked up just in time to see Lucius racing away. The creature gave what appeared to be a satisfied grunt.
Luna gulped as the creature turned to face her.
"H-hello", she said, trying to sound friendly instead of terrified. "My name is Luna". She squeezed her eyes stuf as the creature stepped forward.
