How they mean conclusion? They can make like 6 more movies. Do they know how many Batman has enemies. Batman can fight 3 enemies in 1 movie and still they can make more than 5 movies. Now they will end Batman, and then what? They gonna reboot Batman again?

Well, Christopher Nolan is only doing 3 films, a trilogy.
Probably there will be other Batman films, but certainly not directed by him.

It is a conclusion if Bane's fight (we see at the end of the trailer) is at the end of the movie. As a matter of fact, in the comics, Bane is the only ennemy who really managed to defeat Batman (as you all know, he crushed Bruce's spine)... However, I do not think they will end the trilogy in such a pessimistic way.
