I honestly don't think Light is a Yandere. He didn't kill just to kill, for one thing...he did it to erase scum from the world and become god.

I adore Rolo and Mao but in terms of Yandere material Creed is in his own tier (also @disneyprince88 if you are uncertain of who to consider Yandere's are characters who are possessive of X and violent when X gets hurt or seems like they're leaving, people who are just kinda crazy at the drop of a hat are more likely yangires, yandere's have a certain person they're fixated on due to an affection for them: examples from here Mika is a yandere because he is fixated on Yuu in particular, gets violent with anyone who tries to hurt him and overall doesn't trust anyone but himself to take care of Yuu, Light does not get violent if (x) is hurt or possessive of anyone in his anime, killing and manipulating for personal reasons, since he doesn't really have a person he's fixated on for either to happen I don't think he can be considered a yandere)
