anime club help!!!

can someone give some ideas for my schools anime club?this năm we have 7 but we want thêm members!well we just need some ideas on activities!this năm we only talk about ngẫu nhiên things , make a manga but it took too long and watch anime at least one hoặc two times!plz some help this anime club!!!!
