She was up against the only standing competitor, a new crowd favorite, Fin. His score was 4 out of 15. Jan would have beaten him, too, if she weren't so tired. She lunged for him, carelessly forgetting to cover her right side. I had closed my eyes then, but it was obvious it was over for Jan. She would never again encourage us to stay hopeful. She would never escape this place and go on to become a world famous surgeon. She would never breathe the fresh, untainted bởi misery, outside air again. When Jan left this world, it hit us hard. The only thing that kept us going was knowing that she would never have to kill another innocent again, for that was what she hated most. She had always tried to make it as less painful for the unfortunate as possible. I knocked on the door to Toren's room and took a step back.
