After escaping the diesels once again, Lady saw a bridge. She had to stop, because it was under reconstruction.

Everyone gasped. We couldn't believe it. He was dead, and this was supposed to be a kid's show. I guess the explosion, and all the swearing, and violence caused him to die in this story.

Splatter & Dodge were sent to The Other Railway on the Mainland, and never set their wheels on Sodor again.

After Burnett Stone passed away, Lady was được trao to Sir Tophamm Hat, knowing that he would take good care of her, as he does with all his other engines.
