Which epsiode does the killer feed on his victims fat?

I remember scenes from the episode, but yet again I can't remember the title. If it helps I also remember he would track his victims down through the usage of the internet. I also remember a blind girl, her mom was a victim of him as well. Not, for her fat considering she had none. A victim who possibly knew to much.
