Her death could have been on purpose because even though she lấy trộm, đánh cắp cheese along with the berries, she might have done that because she didn't want the gamemakers to realize that she was committing suicide; the gamemakers would want her to die in the most gruesome way possible for the audience to see. Technically yes because no one killed her and she ate the poison berries herself but she did not intend to kill herself (at least i think) so yes she did commit suicide but she did not mean to...

I think foxface did commit suicide as she already had the cheese as well as how she was studying the different plants in the arena so then she would know what plants are what.
