Gwen's P.O.V

"So Duncan, are bạn sure bạn know what you're doing?" I eagerly asked my best friend. "Relax Gwen. I studied, twice." he assured me. "Twice?! O.k, I'm not sitting in this car with bạn Duncan." I started my driving test. It was going pretty well until Trent scooched closer to Gwen in the back seat. I positioned my mirror to keep a close eye on them. Not because I like Gwen! Wow, what was that? I knew that Trent had a crush on me, but Duncan? I mean, what would he want with a girl like me? Just look at the guy, HE'S HOT!
-_- I didn't mean that. I meant, he's a little attractive. Mr.Oz reentered the car. I couldn't stop staring at Duncan. Did he really like me? "You ok pasty?" he asked me. I nodded my head and started to sweat. Duncan put a hand on my shoulder. Remember what bạn told me? "You can do it. I believe in you." I smiled at him. Trent scoffed. As much as I hate to admit it, they were right.

Duncan's P.O.V

I think this is the stupidest idea that I have ever went along with. Gwen was sitting bởi the dock sketching the sunset. I sneaked up behind her and yelled, "Boo!" [A/N: Is it familiar now?] Gwen shrieked and fell back first into the water. [A/N: Familiar now?] I took of my áo sơ mi and got ready to dive in for her, but Bridgette beat me to it. [I beat it's familiar now.] "What the hell Duncan?!" Bridgette yelled at me. She then dragged Gwen to the infirmary. I slapped my forehead. I'm such an idiot. I should've known better then to trust Geoff with romantic advice. I pulled my áo sơ mi back on and walked back to my dorm.

"Well?" DJ anxiously asked me. I flopped down on my giường and punched my pillow. "Something tells me that it didn't turn out so well." Geoff commented. I have to admit, this guy can charm the pants off of most species. We shook on it.

Gwen's P.O.V

What the hell was that? Was Duncan trying to kill me. Although, it was kind of hot when he took of his shirt. Ugh, you're made at him Gwen. I started to scoff up water until Duncan walked into the infirmary.

Duncan's P.O.V

"And you're certain that this is going to work Al?" I nervously asked. "It's Alejandro, and certainly. Girls are always suckers for the bouquet of flowers." he assured me. I took a deep breath and walked in. "Hey Gwen." I greeted her. "Oh, um, what's up Duncan?"
"Sorry about y'know drowning you."
"It's fine, I know it was an accident."
"Well, I brought bạn these flowers." *hands hoa to Gwen*
"Aww, thanks Duncan."

I guess Al, I mean Alejandro, was right. I bet that earned me some points. "May I take a seat." I nervously questioned her. But, Duncan and I need to talk."
"Sure. Bye Duncan." Gwen called out just before I left. Alejandro and I paused once we got to the arcade. I gave him a questioning look. "Take Gwen on a ngày here. Bridgette told me she loves to play video games. She's also into art so take her out the the new art museum on 3rd street." he instructed me. "Wow thanks. You're not so bad after all Al....." "Duncan, you're the sweetest thing in the world, but I don't want anyone to get hurt. It's just going to cause thêm drama for both of us. Thanks for caring though." I sank into Gwen's hug. This is the longest one we have ever had. Suddenly, a door slammed open. I pulled away from our hug to see Trent just standing there. He didn't look pissed, nor happy, he just stood there. I wandered off around campus when I bumped into of course, Alejandro. "Oh, excuse me senorita." he apologized. "No problem, can I talk to bạn about something?" I questioned him. He nodded his head and pulled out a chair for me. "Thx." I replied to his action.

Ok, I know that I sort of lied bởi making up a fake crush name, but I don't want Alejandro knowing that I like Duncan. Especially since he's roommates with the guy.

I trudged off to to the field and onto the bridge. I rested my chin on the palm of my left hand until I felt a figure brush up behind me. Oh great, just when I thought that I was alone, I had company. I rolled my eyes and screamed, "What!", while I turned around to see who it was. To my surprise, it was Duncan. I blushed. "S-sorry." I apologized. "No, don't be nervous. I was just wondering if I can hang out with you." he stopped me from freaking out. "Um, sure Duncan." I replied. Duncan stood tiếp theo to me and rested his chin on his left palm too. "The stars are beautiful." I commented. I could feel Duncan staring at me. "Yes bạn are." he responded. What? "What?" I questioned him. Duncan blushed. "Um, nothing." he babbled. I chuckled. He always made me laugh one way hoặc another.

Lindsay, doesn't really seem your type." she laughed. I playfully punched her arm. She punched it harder. "Ow." I whined. She chuckled and rolled her eyes at me. She's adorable.

"Gwen, can I ask bạn something?"
"Go ahead."
