I think Floor Jansen has a good voice, but she cares so much about technique. REALLY, I don’t feel any emotion when she sings. (Please, don’t start a war with my comment, its just my personal opinion, like any other ;)

Sharon looked absolutely gorgeous in the Dangerous music video (well she always looks gorgeous). The song made me very excited for Hydra!

Within Temptation’s Dangerous was great, but Paradise was better by a long shot in my opinion.

Okay, this is one that most people will disagree with. I’ve been a fan of Nightwish for years, yet I’ve never been able to understand the appeal of Ghost Love Score”. It’s long and has a cool song title, what else? The song is actually pretty bland for me. The lyrics are meh, Tarja’s vocals aren’t any better than they are on other songs, the instrumental is dull. I’ve just never understood why so many people act like it’s the greatest song ever.


I read on a “serious” metal blog that “girls don’t like metal and never will and that’s a fact.” Well I guess all the gorgeous and incredibly talented female vocalists here are just posers pretending to enjoy it while they secretly want to be in the Spice Girls

This one made me very happy; the amount of sass in it is just amazing.

That one would be my second choice.
