I was not too happy when TNG first came out. I was thinking, nothing can replace the original. But after a few episodes I was completely hooked.

TNG is my favorite Trek series (I like them all), but TOS and DS9 are right up there. <3 I imagine it's practically impossible not to get deeply attached to the TNG crew and feel like part of their little family. :')
