Squeamish doctor sketch...anyone know it??

I'm looking for the name of the sketch hoặc the episode/special that it was shown on. It features a doctor (maybe the inept doctor?) who is really rubbish. A woman and her baby are sat in her surgery and the doctor gets squeamish at the woman's health complaints. When the mother starts to breastfeed the doctor gets out her air freshener and sprays it all around.
