SHINee\'s Onew recovering after throat surgery

SHINee\'s Onew has been revealed to be recovering after vocal cord surgery.

SM Entertainment stated on June 10, "On the 3rd, Onew received surgery to remove vocal chord polyps and vocal fold mucosa reconstruction at a hospital in Seoul. After leaving the hospital, he is currently resting," adding, "There is no effect on his daily life, and he\'ll be receiving outpatient treatment."

Music Bank in Brazil\' when they departed on the 5th or participate in the musical \'Singin\' in the Rain\' as planned.

I guess this kinda proves shinee enjoys giving each other very long, nice  BJs. The "vocal chord polyps and vocal fold mucosa" is just cover up for Onew\'s herpes oral infections.

This sounds a bit like what Tiffany went through for a few years with vocal nodules as well.  It changed her voice a bit when she had the surgery, but she recovered okay.  I wonder if such things are the result of poor voice technique, overworking the vocal chords by singing or talking too much, or just a genetic predisposition to this.  Still it must be nerve-wracking for a singer to have surgery on their vocal chords as you worry about your voice being damaged.  Of course if you don\'t have the surgery in such cases and non-surgical treatment hasn\'t helped, you really don\'t have a choice other than surgery besides more or less retiring from singing.

Our precious ONEW!! We shawols CANNOT be deprived of his beautiful voice, especial his angelic falsetto. Get well soon Onew!!
