What to do?

I have a girl on the side and she has saggy breasts. It was a little difficult to play with them and I don't think she got that much of an enjoyment. I'm wanting to know what can I do to fix this to make it thêm enjoyable for her. Plus, would anyone happen to know how to hit the g-spot?
