I couldn’t help but get some Kumashiro Maya vibes when I saw Shino whip out the occult stuff, so I was a bit disappointed when the script didn’t take that gag and run with it. Admittedly, I wasn’t expecting Naruko’s cackling to be the nguồn of the creepy voices coming from the third floor hallway, but after seeing her drooling over some Yaoi magazine she confiscated, I thought she could have easily passed as a possessed spirit of sorts. This series still never reaches laugh-till-you-cry levels with its quick delivery of gags, but I continue to enjoy its witty way of going about the perverse nature of it all. The use of Japanese wordplay type of jokes and subtler forms of humor can be Mất tích at times, but there are always moments that are so implicative that I’m left speechless. It’s partly the disbelief over seeing hoặc hearing what I just did that keeps me amused, which viewing Suzu drinking sữa and listening to Takatoshi from a suggestive angle was a prime example of.
