Why is there a "scrubs chat"?

So that Scrubs những người hâm mộ can chat to eachother, but the thing is nobody hardly goes in the chat so there usually isn't anyone to talk to.

To have a Scrubs chatroom. This club has alot of những người hâm mộ but it is not that active. The same, mabey, 15 people use the club so the chat room doesn't get used much.
