Weiss is my favorite character in RWBY.

Weiss is beautiful, but I find it a little distracting and disappointing just how "white" all over with no contrast she can be (in some scenes, not all). guess she looks a little "washed out" at times, which i suspect is due to limits to the program their using to animate it.

Now I'm only stating the facts here....of course some would think Weiss is prettier,but that's mostly cuz she was born to a wealthy family and was treated literally like a "Princess" most of her life,etc until she enrolled in Beacon Academy.

Whereas Blake on the other hand doesn't need to have been born to a wealthy family to be beautiful,etc.

Anyway I say they're both pretty,beautiful,gorgeous,etc.I love them both...if it wasn't for the fact that we can only choose one I would've chosen BOTH.

@FreeAwesomeness I couldn't help but notice I didn't see Ruby in there...so what Ruby's not as pretty and whatnot as Blake,Weiss and Yang? Lol.

And while we're at it...I understand they weren't even in the series till Volume 2,but I'm also adding to the list Neopolitan and Coco being two more of the female cast I consider pretty,etc oh and Raven *SPOILER* being a palette swap,doppelganger,etc to Yang HER TOO.
