Its just the beginning of the twenty-first century. A gang stands in the shadows hiding from the cops that suspect them of murders occurring all over the city. When one member is alone the cops ambush that member for information. So far no gang member has spilled. Truth is the gang is protecting the killer. No member knows exactly who the killer is. No one is allowed direct contact with him/her. They just know its one of their own.

In gang fighting starts to occur. Fights over whether to protect this killer or not. Some had started going to the police but there is not much they can say but that the gang is protecting the killer. So they are turned away with a wave of a hand and a laugh.
