People probably know Skipper the most, but Kowalski is most liked.

Skipper might be the best liked, but I feel that Julien is more open to discussion, weather it be for him, or against him, everyone always has something to say about him.

While Kowalski probably has the biggest fangirl population, I'd say Skipper is the most widely known. After all, he IS the leader of the group, and when I first got into the penguins, he was the only one who's name I even knew. Also, out of all of the individual characters of the show, I believe that Skipper has the most episodes centered around him specifically. (though I may be wrong there)
