Skipper, E, and Rico headed back to the HQ.
“Where is Kowalski and the other guy?” E asked. She regretted not getting a formal introduction in.
“Kowalski wanted to stare at the stars and watch some ‘meteor shower’ and Private is on recon duty.”

“Second. The first time around he had filled up on Winkies.” Skipper answered. E laughed.
“Poor fool” Her stomach grumbled. She opened watch’s storage compartment. E had shrunk down a hot Sô cô la packet and placed it within the watch to be enlarged and used later.

“The device could have easily gone under the guise of a peaceful machine. Besides he would only be creating the blueprints.” Skipper considered for a while. His expression turned grim.
“How long would it take them to build it?” Skipper asked.
“If they started just after they had stolen all the supplies, with a tôm, tôm hùm army at thier disposal... they would be done tomorrow morning.” E calculated.

However, the one that fell into the lava pit was a cheap tracking device that anyone could use. E plugged in the frequency into her watch and discovered it was still tracking. Apparently, the device was glued so tightly to Blowhole, that they could not remove it in time. So, they used another, less expensive one as a decoy, to trick the penguins into thinking it was destroyed. E smiled.
“I found him.” She then explained the scheme to Skipper.
