leyton are very misunderstood but i get them so i didnt pick them but i feel like brucas are. like LP fans ( not pointing at anyone in particular btw) are always like i dont get why you like them and whats special

Everyone hates them, and it's impossible to hate them, so I'm going to say they are just misunderstood.
Naley, Leyton, and Brucas are all misunderstood.

So many ppl think Peyton only wants luke when he's with Brooke/someone else...

a lota ppl also think peyton's too dependent on luke...when we all know that peyton happened to be there; but luke CHOSE to be there to rescue her all those times.

also, ppl think leyton's relationship is destructive...Season 1 was the bad time cause it complicated things with breyton. but when leyton was official in s4 there was nothing destructive about them. It was whenever they were apart that things got destructive (s2 - complicated things with brucas; s3 - complicated things with brucas AND Jeyton; s5 - complicated things with lundsey).

1treehillfan I agree, Naley's also very misunderstood. lots of ppl think Nathan deserves better than Haley. The fact is, they've both screwed up during the relationship. and Haley's done so much for Nate (she got hit by a car for him; she helped him through his basketball career since season 3; she was there to raise jamie when nate had his injury in s5 - haley is so undervalued). I don't think it's that a lot of ppl hate naley, it's that most ppl don't care for them that much. They have a solidity that levels the drama on the show. just when things are nuts with leyton/lundsey/brucas, we all know naley will always work things out. I definitely think they're under appreciated as a couple.

livelovelaugh, with brucas I'm not one of those fans who don't get them. they were opposites who attracted and fell unexpectedly in love. s1 was all about leyton, so s2 was a crazy twist. Luke loved brooke back. They were far from perfect, but made it work for a while. Luke just didn't treat her the way he treated peyton. Ppl can blame peyton/leyton (for brucas' break-up) all they want, but it was on lucas for brucas' break-up. and a little on brooke (s4e1 - "We go days without a meaningful conversation; I feel like I've been hanging on to the two of us for you; and not for me."). I think Brucas had a flaming romance full of love for a time. But what they had was not enough to fuel their relationship "forever". Their love was genuine but it didn't mature along with them as they grew by the end of s3; by season 4, they grew apart. by 408, brucas agreed that they needed something more (an epic love story; an openness, a trust between two ppl; a love so strong that nothing could never come between them).

Ppl were sick of leyton being "on and off" but ppl don't understand that leyton never had a chance till season 4. they were never pushed together, they found their way back (and never stopped loving in between) with a little help from their spouses (brooke/jake) who knew where their hearts lied all along. and they never had closure! Ever! So they couldn't go on to be with other ppl without complications (brucas/jeyton/even lundsey) because their love matured along with them throughout the seasons (since s1). They have not fizzled one bit. So season 6, leyton might have closure or settle down together if they just BE together and figure out if they're meant to be endgame (no ppl, no circumstances, not even themselves standing in the way). I believe they will have both reached a maturity by s6 that will enable them to truly determine the fate of their [future] relationship.

Well none of them actually..Naley is just LOVE!! Nothing more nothing less...Brucas&Leyton are ur classic love triangle...that's it..they are just couples..who get together and break up..they are not misunderstood..I'm not really sure how u could misunderstand them any ways...it's two girls who like the same guy and he happens to like both of them..there is nothing to understand...

i cant belive leyton is winning this. watevs i guess since fanpop has moer LP fans they win everything. but EVERYONE gets the point of naley and leyton. No one gets Brucas. theres alot more to them tht meets the eye nd if i get into ill go on forever.
