Both are the focus of redemption, had love from one parent and abuse from the other, betray the ones they love (Iroh and Regina's father) and were both out to get someone for their own arterial motive; for Zuko is was to capture Aang to restore his honor and Regina is out to ruin Snow White's happiness/kill her to get her revenge.

I think she shares traits with both. She's cunning and manipulative like Azula and somewhat crazy. But she's trying to redeem like Zuko.

She's more like Azula because she knows what she wants and will do anything to get it Zuko was never really sure what he wanted.

She is definitely calculating like Azula but she is more like Zuko in her trying to find balance between good and evil, not to mention the drama she has with her mother is like the drama Zuko has with his father, trying to earn their parent's love and affection yet never truly getting it(well Regina kinda did...)

@Eyri I can agree with that. Season 1 Gina is more of an Azula. Season 2 is a mix of them and season 3 is more Zuko like.

Tough call, I see a lot of similarities of both in her! Like, the Evil Queen is more Azula, but Regina is more Zuko
