Yes, for the neglect and lack of responsibility he showed for his patient, even if he didn't mean to do it, it's still involuntary manslaughter, his patient died under his care. If it was an accident I don't see why he just won't come out and admit it, stop trying to blame Michael, he wasn't a drug addict. Murray holds the most irresponsibility for Michael's death. For the involuntary manslaughter chargers he'll (only) get four years, even though the evidence so fars shows that maybe he could (and should) be charged for something worse, but yeah I feel he deserves time away. It's just unbelievable, knowing what I know now compared to what I thought on June 25... mistake after mistake after mistake. I think it'd be unfair if he is found not guilty... just my opinion
