If I had the chance to meet Martin Sheen I would love to tell him that I feel he was robbed of an Oscar. In the movie Talk to Me, Martin played a radio station manager. In a deleted scene, not by fan choice or vote I might add, his character gave a very moving performance depicting his encounter with Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. As a person who normally does not cry during movies, let alone deleted scenes, I was definitely misty eyed watching it. Had the deleted scene made it to the final cut I have no doubt in my mind that Martin would have had no competition at that years awards ceremony.
