As strange as this is going to seem, I think the reason I think this is entirely because of Tom. He wasn't exactly sure of himself when he did Thor. But since Thor (and the movies in between) he's come into himself and I think it really shows in his acting.

I agree with bri-marie and NordicVeronica, there was definitely a noticeable in confidence levels in acting as that character. Oh and the hair... i think it just made him look a little more 'wild' or 'villain-looking'- rather than previously in Thor when his hair was predominantly slicked back with minor flicks which didn't do much for his sharp facial features like it did in the Avengers (i sound like such a fan girl here... -_-)

He was more attractive in Thor.

He seemed more confident in Avengers, but he had the same sexiness as he did in Thor, in my opinion.

Honestly, I liked him better in Thor.

especially in suits!!! elegant clothe can make a hot man hotter!!!! but in thor he was cuter...

His hair and outfit made him even MORE dashing than usual! 😍😜
