This is how my family makes tea. Warning: This method will produce a lot of tea! So if you're not a big trà drinker ignore this!
And this is definitely not how Alton Brown makes his tea, sorry Alton! (lol)
Anyway,
1. Get a dutch lò nướng (I did say it'd make a lot of tea) and fill it nearly to the hàng đầu, đầu trang with water and place on stove hàng đầu, đầu trang with two teabags clothes pinned to the pot. (use wood, plastic may melt.) *Trust me this will make it easier to get the bags out later.
2. Turn lò nướng on to six hoặc low medium. bạn want it to steep not boil!
3. Let it sit there for seven phút then take it off the heat...
