This was differnet from the others. In BSN she was mad at him, hurt even but he wasn't aweare of her reasons; in Joy he wasn0t fighting; in DCE she was concerned and agry yeah but he pushed her back, as usual.

Here instead, he got angre, she got angry; she was mean, he as mean....they were both into each other in the same way for the very first time.

The best acting

She knew he was frusrated, and hurt, and angry !! She was feeling all those things and more. Loving him and not being able to do a thing about it. Deciding to settle for someone else.
Knowing that his actions were directed at her to hurt, frustrate and anger her. This was a realistic fight !!!

Cuddy has a long fuse..to put up with all of House's pushing & antics.
This was a fight to remember...when he just went too far. Also, Cuddy's line here could come in handy, think I'll file it in my brain...in case I ever need to deliver it in a fight...ha.

The best fight was in "Help Me" because they finally got to the heart of the matter.
Even though he can walk there are a lot of things he can't do and he is in pain "everyday". He had almost completely lost himself in the vicodin bottle trying to forget what he couldn't have.

While at Mayfield he realized that he could and wanted to be happy. Cuddy realized the changes were real when he made the speech to Hannah. She realized he was being real and he was serious about her.

That is why I voted it the best fight.
