I'm OK with that, actually. It makes sense that the season starts with House and Wilson since season five ended with House & Wilson.

Writers have to show us how's she dealing with everything.

Just because it is only House and Wilson does not mean there will be no mention fo Cuddy...I hope she's mentioned. Wilson might update House on how everyone (especially Cuddy) is doing without him.

So, House is going to be hospitalized for quite some time not specified (granted, in the course of a 2-hour episode). This means two important things: House and Cuddy will REALLY miss each other, and Rachel will age quite a bit during that time. Hmmmm... Thoughts?
