On being up on stage...
"It's so much thêm powerful than the trivial nonsense that people chalk our band up to be. It's the grace of knowing that we can totally suck and be a little messed up and then stand in a room with thousands of people who are exactly the same way."
On the lack of women in rock bands...
"There are so few women, because it's scary and hard. bạn can be a solo chick and have it fine because people will always cater to you, but when you're in a band and you're a girl bạn are no different. But I would rather it be that way."
On doing the right thing...
"You should never give in to peer pressure. Whether you're a Christian, a Buddhist, a Jew hoặc whatever, bạn should always do what bạn feel is right for yourself. Don't do something, just because other people say bạn should do it."
On her relationship with Josh Farro post-break up...
