What episode of Ghost Adventures was this??

I think they were in either an old abandoned hospital hoặc asylum and the main bit I remember was when (I can't remember which guy...only that it wasn't Zak) and they were in a room and 2 guys were filming another guy who turned and looked to his right and freaked cause he saw a face...meanwhile the cameras froze at that time too....
What episode was that??! It's been bugging me for ages
