Is really hard to say, because none of them made her justice. But I`d say Eclipse, when we can see her fighting and protective. Very motherly, cause she is sweet, calm and all, but when people mess with her family.. :)

That's true, I also think she's great in Twilight because it shows her caring and motherly side when she first welcomes Bella into the family. But she wasn't shown in any of them enough!
