I wouldn't use it unless I had to, we saw what Elsa was going through with her own personal demons through the coarse of the movie and how she got to pushed from society, family and herself. It's like that episode of the Twilight Zone where the guy had all the money of the world to himself. Sounds cool right? Until you get sick of it and you realize you have no one their who actually loves you, so I admire in Elsa than she never used her powers unless she was alone or so that she DOESN'T DIE, which shows great intelligence.
