why do do all the twilight sách have a tiêu đề that has to do with the sky?

It doesn't really have something to do with the sky! In her site Stephanie Meyer says what the names mean. According to her, Twilight was a hard tiêu đề to find and she's still not satisfied with it! New Moon, according to her, means: "The term "new moon" refers to the phase of the moon opposite a full moon. It is when the sun is on the opposite side of the moon from us and thus the bright side of the moon is not visible from earth. This is the darkest kind of night. New Moon is the darkest period of Bella's life."
