he is only ever funny when he is being an idiot

am yeah he's really not funny...he's not telling jokes or something like that..but he is funny in a different way like for example he's so small and always nerdy and angry--hehe that's kinda funny!!=) he's awesome though

yup...his mannerisms are always funny...he's a short angry dweeb...and his puns are always bad(when he tries to be funny)

Well I'm not sure Dexter really tries to be funny..i don't recall him telling a joke..well except for that joke with the Hydroxyl Ion and Scientist and his assistant or something like that..but I found that to be funny :p
