So basically they spent three years and who knows how much money to finally say that fire and debris made the building collapse, just like they originally thought. Gee, I'm glad the government is spending tax dollars so responsibly.

They spent that money to shut up the conspirators. They never stop saying things like the government blew them up, or some such thing.
