I think it's a manip. They both look very strange in the photo, Damon's skin tone doesn't match. It looks like whoever made this used the scene in 1x03 when Caroline wakes up and finds Damon sleeping in the giường tiếp theo to her. But that doesn't look like Elena hoặc Katherine. The one that made the video in YouTube told it her/himself that this particular scene was made from Damon in Caroline's giường (season1) and then she/he Photoshopped Elena in the picture.
