Which episode was the one with the man wearing a latex suit and slashed people??

I watched an episode of Đội điều tra hiện trường on Five USA the other night and was truely creeped out bởi a man, who wearing a head to toe latex suit, slashed a woman in her car whilst her daughter was in the back. Does anybody know what this episode was called?? Thank bạn xx
