Harper's theater credits include "Dogeaters" and Off Broadway productions of "Blue," "Your Handsome Captain," "Freeman" and David Mamet's "American Buffalo." He is a full-time member of the Black Folk's Theater Company of Boston, one of the nation's oldest and most respected African American traveling theater troupes. Harper released his own book, Letters to a Young Brother. The book provides inspirational lessons and guidance for today's youth.
