Tough choice but I think Crash Bandicoot Warped still remains my favourite overall.

While the PS1 classics are great, Crash of the Titans and Mind over Mutant are not bad games. In fact, the franchise needed something new in terms of the game-play, otherwise it would eventually become boring, repetitive, and milked if they released new games for Crash Bandicoot around the time Crash of the Titans and Mind over Mutant were released and made them exactly like the PS1 classics.
