Sô cô la quả anh đào, anh đào Trifle

-Ingredients :1 large Sô cô la pound loaf * black quả anh đào, anh đào mứt * 60ml Kirsch+ 60ml rượu mạnh, brandy * 700g drained black cherries
-Chocolate Custard:90g Dark chocolate,minimum 70% ca cao solids, chopped * 250ml sữa * 250ml heavy cream *6 egg yolks *85g sugar *25g ca cao
- Topping : 250ml Double cream *Dark Sô cô la Shavings
Special Equipment: Large wide trifle bowl
- Method:
1.Spread the Sô cô la cake slices with the quả anh đào, anh đào jam, and layer the bottom of a large wide trifle bowl. 2.Pour the Kirsch+Brandy over the cake sandwiches, and then hàng đầu, đầu trang with the drained cherries. Cover with cling & let it sit, while bạn make the custard.

The custard will thicken as it cools and also when it's chilling in the refrigerator. Decorate with Sô cô la flakes & some fresh cherries.
