BB2010 it's a looney tunes cartoon character. in pretty much every episode he chases after a cat that he thinks is a skunk (the cat got the white stripe on her back from paint, once a cat was even born with it) and the cat would shove him away from her and run away while he bounces after her. Eventually she gets tired from running and he catches up with her. There's usually a different ending in every Pepe Le Pew cartoon
