Fear is a limiting thought yet we give it permission to control who we are.


Fear keeps bạn from being your true self.

It takes away your power

It takes away your confidence

It takes away your independence

It takes away your individuality

It takes away your freedom

It takes away your love

It takes away your happiness

It takes away your control

So if bạn fear people coming into your life bạn are always going to be alone

When bạn fear something hoặc someone, then bạn allow it hoặc them to control who bạn are

If bạn fear tình yêu and bạn see others who have it, bạn hate what they have and therefore have an opinion/assumption about who they are and try and hurt them bởi demeaning their character, and everything that bạn see hoặc hear about them because bạn think it makes bạn feel better, when all you’re doing is demeaning the person bạn really are, because it’s easy to hurt someone else than it is to hurt you

Unfortunately it’s sad if we have fear because we pass it on to our children, this is not to blame because bạn can’t teach what bạn don’t know, but as Maya Angelou đã đưa ý kiến “when we know better we do better.”
