Where can i play Kantai Collection?

It's a F2P web browser game, however currently there's only a Japanese server for it a.k.a it's hard to get in unless you're in Nhật Bản hoặc know Japanese.

There is a PS Vita game coming our for the series this August, I have no idea on if it'll be getting an international release but if it is bạn might be better off playing that instead.
