Is Hetalia a good anime?

As of now, it's my favorite. I tình yêu the songs, the humor, the characters, everything. Though I have to say most of the girl những người hâm mộ take the Yaoi end of it too far, it's thêm so about intimate friendships than the gay stuff they say it is. At least to me.
I tình yêu it, definitely give it a solid chance.
And Hungary's my fictional crush. XD

I'd give it a try. I find its funny and a good time-waster that's also good for cheering me up. Plus, each episode is only 5 phút long, so it shouldn't take up too much of your time.

It depends on what kind of anime you're into. If you're looking for something really silly to laugh at that then I highly recommend it but if that's not your taste than maybe not. ^ ^
