Creepiest anime scene/series?

I'm not going to link the video to this moment as I feel like it could be potentially triggering to certain people, but...


Paranoia Agent has a disturbing segment about three people (a little girl, a young man, and an old man) who meet up over the internet to commit suicide together. The whole segment is literally seeing the three kill themselves, and watching as other people kill themselves with a really creepy sort of fascination.

Most disturbing anime I've heard of is Geno Cyber. I mean a centipede-like skeleton/brain-intestine creature rips out of a guy O.o
