I am a hopeless romantic, I adore romantic comedies, angst, drama, etc. It doesn't matter to me if the couple is a maleXfemale, maleXmale, hoặc femaleXfemale. tình yêu is love, life is life. If the plotline is good, then why shouldn't I watch it?

I don't know about everyone else, but I don't just watch romance for things that 'turn me on' I watch it because that's what I like, and it's entertaining.

bạn don't HAVE to be into a certain gender to enjoy the story. It depends on what bạn believe, and how bạn perceive things. And I can tell you, a lot of people perceive things in a closed-minded way but I'm not one of them.

Also, a lot of the time, it doesn't have to be sexual, so it's not like watching 'gay porn' hoặc anything.

Maybe it's just that guys aren't as comfortable with the idea, as girls are. IDK though, my sister dosen't like maleXmale hoặc femaleXfemale romance either.

^Yuri/Yaoi isn't all about watching a homosexual couple kissing, some actually have really well written and romantic storylines. (Strawberry Panic for example)
