Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that anime hoặc manga is only manga hoặc anime IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of manga artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
bạn could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

bạn can make the english version then the japanese version but bạn cannot make an anime without the japanese version because anime is a japanese phim hoạt hình so is manga (and bạn dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn thêm languages that is good so if bạn would like to make an anime hoặc manga translate it on Google translate hoặc any translation website)
