We are on a mission to discover the greatest untapped talent in America, and we need YOUR help. It all starts this Thursday, Sept 11th @ 10 pm on MTV. So…who will have what it takes to steal the spotlight and become the next big thing?

I love this show. My only problem is the judges. I mean they couldn't find anyone better than Lil Mama. Shane Sparks is like the only good judge on the show.

I love Shane Sparks. He's dances are so energetic and creative. Plus he's very outspoken and he uses his fame for good. For example he did a PSA to promote voting in the next election.

I'm so voting on Nov. 4th
