I cant uderstand what your trying to say :P But from what I can make out of it, I gotta say that they can mate, because wolves age in dog years, which ia about seven human years. They look like theyre about two years old when they mate, so it's fine for them to mate. Remember, the laws of the wild are different than human laws.

in our society it would be irrealistic to mate at 13. But the nature tells another thing. You start to be fertile at the puberty and its where you have more chance to have a baby with no brain problems. Wolves are different too, they do not have money so education means shit for them. Humans need to earn alot of money to have a good base before having childrens, a pregnant teen can't get realy far in life, sad but true. Sedentarity sucks...
